Review content:
At first glance this office looks great, great location, welcoming smiles... What you initially want to see when deciding who to do business with.
As the saying goes, ""looks can be deceiving."" These people are extremely hard to get a hold of and show no sense of urgency or one ounce of courtesy when dealing with customers.
They take your money for an ""application fee"" which I found out does not cost the price they set... so if I am paying for a service, where's my service? Lost on the realtors list of importance? After they received my money they fell off the face of the earth. It got to the point where I drove from South Orlando to their office to speak to them face to face over the matter. Even still, no resolution the realtor was hidden in a cave somewhere for all I knew. I even spoke with the broker, who initially acted like he cared, only to tell me he would not refund my money. In my opinion, it appears to be a scam, take as many application fees as you can and you'll make a pretty good paycheck. I told him that's how I viewed the situation and he started defending it that it wasn't a scam blah blah.. no matter how you look at it, it's VERY unethical and unprofessional to take someones money, give them a specific move in date, and then not return any phone calls or emails for over a week (or to this day almost 3 weeks later).
I'm a person who believes in treating people how you want to be treated... all I can say now is I hope these people can sleep at night.
