Review content:
1. Documents that were promised to be delivered 3 different dates/times were not delivered any of the 3 times. No one called any of the 3 times to say that the documents could not be delivered, leading to lots of wasted time waiting. Out of the blue the documents were finally delivered. In the end mistakes were found with the documents that were delivered. No apology was offered.\r
2. After permission was granted to build a deck, it took 5 weeks to fax the wrong form to the builder. The builder had to run around getting the right paperwork.\r
3. Architecture violations not communicated to homeowners in a timely manner or not communicated at all.
