Review content:
I've had better service from taco bell. A employee by the name of ANDY OLSEN was extremely childish and rude when the kid taking my order got it wrong. I just plainly wanted a double with lettuce, tomato and thousand island sauce. i received it with onions and ketchup also on it. i noticed it was wrong when i sat down so i returned to ANDY OLSEN and just said that I'm order 115 and had two burgers and one is wrong it has onions and ketchup which i didn't order on my burger. He takes my burger looks at the order screen, then lifts the bun and scoops the onions off with his FINGERS and hands it back to me and said their your thousand island sauce is on bottom. My jaw dropped.. soo i went back ate the wanna be culvers burger and as I was leaving I asked this ANDY OLSEN what his name was cause, apparently its not required to wear name tags at this store, and he tells me Andy. i said can i get your full name, he goes Olsen. I turn away and refill my drink and he yells did your burger have thousand island? so i just left the store never to return again. CULVERS IS WAY BETTER SERVICE, FOOD, AND CUSTARDS than this low end culvers fast food joint
