I wanted to thank you for making the purchase of my 2010 GT Speed from you and Bentley Gold Coast so effortless and satisfying. As you know, I spent the last 3 years looking for a card to replace my much loved 1993 Mercedes 500E. After deciding upon a used GT Speed I looked at well over 100 used Bentleys and called more than 10 dealers across the country for detailed information on many of them . While I found all the dealers to be knowledgeable, you stood out from the rest of them beginning with the trust I felt from the 1st phone call. You answered all my questions, no matter how inane some of them probably were, and gave me all the time on the phone I needed to make an informed decision. You were extremely responsive, which frankly means something coming from me since I work every day in the financial markets where speed and time is everything. The ability to do so much by e-mail and cell phone was terrific, but could not have done if I did not totally trust you which I did.
