I have been shopping at the Charlotte Sam Ash for 6 years now...it has been that long I know because I have renewed my set-up plan 3 times already on my Jackson Soloist guitar, yeah, that's right 6 years of set-ups for peanuts just because they want me coming around...like I need a bribe. Those sales guys in guitars have been there for years and are a tight nit bunch, Martin, Brad, Andy the tech, and the lot. If you have questions they got answers. Brad, the acoustic guy, didn't know an answer to an oddball question about wood. Two days later he calls me with a long graphic explanation....you don't get that anymore with retail.....go there give them your money, smile at least once today, and tell em' Johnny sent ya...
Pros: service was outstanding, selection enormous, prices garaunte
Cons: will consume wallet everytime you enter
