HI,THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AND MY FRIENDS ORDER FROM RUSSILLO ...THEY ARE SO NOT VERY POLITE AND THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS MESSED UP WE ORDERED AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT ORDERS AND TWO OF THEM ARE ALWAYS MESSED UP MY FRIEND IS ALLERGIC TO TOMATO WE ORDERD A SUB NO TOMATO VERY CLEAR AND THE SUB HAD IT WE HAD TO TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL WE CALLED THEM UP AND THEY HUNG UP ON US NUMBER OF TIMES WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAINT THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE US ANOTHER SUB OR THE MONEY NOT SO MUCH THE MONET SHE COULD HAVE DIED IF WE HAD NOT NOTICED IT THE OWNER SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO THEY DID NOT CARE AND DID NOT GIVE THE MONEY BACK AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON US THEY KEPT THE MONEY THEY HAVE LOST 5 CUSTOMERS WITCH ARE VERY DISSATIESFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE OH BY THE WAY CRIS(SAID HE WAS THE OWNER) HUNG UP ON US WHEN WE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION VERY RUDE NASTY PEOPLE VERY POOR SERVICE NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
