From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to walking out the door after my appointment, the whole experience was just amazing. Sweet lady answered the phone and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. When I arrived for my appointment they were busy but were able to greet you and get you back in to see the doctor in no time. As for the Doctors, absoulutly AWESOME! Dr. Pham is just a hoot! After the exam she sent me out to speak with an optical person. They were very knowledgeable about all of the available lens and frame options. I was even given the option to change or return them if I was not satisfied. I will recommend this office to all in the Cypress area!
