My fiance got me a package for my birthday and I have never been so disappointed. I used my first portion for a manicure/pedicure combo and was really looking forward to it. They barely spoke to me when I walked in, definitely no smiles, had me sit in chair and she uttered one statement to me other than ""pick color"". She said ""what package"". I have went to Asian salons before and they speak to me at least. I went to use the second portion recently and it was the exact same way. I felt very uncomfortable there as they all spoke in a different language but had nothing to say to me. And both times, there were hardly any other clients in there so I'm not sure how they stay in business. Just be careful if you are looking for a nice relaxing spa day and friendly people. Nice days....(:
