I arranged for a Limo transfer from Garland to Richardson for Saturday, Nov 10 at 10:15pm for my wedding.. The company quoted me a price, and promised they would be there on time.\r \r The limo did arrive on time, but within minutes began overheating, and billowing smoke over the entire parking lot. The vehicle then overheated and shut down, and would not restart.\r \r From this point on everything the company told us was a lie. The driver said he radioed their main office and alterted them, he didnt. He claimed there was another limo 5 minutes away, there was never another limo. He told the owner of the reception building, who had referred us to the limo company all this same information.\r \r at 11pm an employee of the limo server showed up in his personal car in jeans and a t shirt. When I first noticed him, he was arguing, yelling and screaming at a relative of my wife's, and when I went to diffuse the situation he began yelling at me, and I asked him to leave. He refused. I went and got the owner of the property and he repeated this performance in front of her. After an hour of waiting we came to the conclucsion there was not another limo coming, and we had to leave with my parents from my own wedding (our cars were at the hotel).\r \r 4 days later the company has offered us nothing for our trouble, and feels they have done everything they can do (they claim to have fired the employees, but I cannot verify this) and are no longer taking my calls. Cons: Had to ride home from my wedding with my parents
