Review content:
Jay, the salesman, was great to deal with. He went above and beyond, showing us everything that met our criteria, and helped us make a good decision on the right car for my wife. Jay even sent us some spare keys to the car that the previous owner had and forgot about. Jay called a few days after our purchase and asked if I could bring the car in for some ""parts"" that they ordered for the car that needed to be installed. Hmmm.... I thought ok, I can see how this happened since it was traded in three days before our purchase. These ""parts"" must be something important or at least something the dealership felt they would be liable for, or they wouldn't have had me come back. When I got to the dealership I asked the service manager Akmed what the parts were and he said it was a radiator hose leaking.... Funny, I didn't see any fluid leaking anywhere in the garage or driveway ( car even sat warming up in driveway) no smell of antifreeze either. Nor did he give me any detail about the leak. Hoses burst connections leak. I do believe there was something going on with the car as the service engine light was on and after the radiator hose or whatever they did it has stayed off. This seemed suspicious to me. Also asked Akmed about a braking issue i am having with the car pulling to the right only after the brakes haven't been used for a while, almost like there is air in the system and one of the calipers isn't operating like the rest until pressure is built up. He said I wasn't used to it and if there was no pulsation while braking it was normal.... Whatever... Don't insult my intelligence Akmed! I AM A CAR GUY!!!!I have a friend that's a BMW tech in Ft. Wayne I am sure he can help me get to the bottom of this since C2C is unable or unwilling to. Between the ""normalcy"" of the brake system and the indirectness with the radiator hose, I probably wont be using C2C for another purchase. Maybe to find out what I like since they do have a large selection, but not for a purchase. A little honesty goes a long way Akmed. Sorry Jay.\r
