These people fired my wife and I because we got sick no doubt due to the black mold we tried to alleviate in their clubhouse and surrounding buildings. We were instructed to lie about existing problems many of them structural . You may want to think twice before purchasing at delmar , you will not get what is stated due to the management there. And maybe the persons responsible for the Cheer and Dance of Port st lucie would like to hear how this manager speaks of young girls.They and the present president of the board , I suspect are recieving payoffs for getting property improvements done.Dont believe me bring myself and my wife to court , but be VERY careful if your daughter is in one of these classes.
