Review content:
The ""jeweler"" at this outfit closely examined several items I wanted to have engraved, accepted them, charged my credit card a hefty fee ($126 for 17 letters), and assured me the result would be perfect and ready to pick up in a day or two. Five days later nothing was engraved. They didn't call, they didn't send me a letter... nothing. They didn't even issue a refund to my credit card until I made a third trip back just to demand it. Looking around their shop I should have known better... it's disorganized, tacky, and run-down. If I could leave a zero star review I would... avoid Jewel Tech at all costs!!
Cons: Terrible service, poor selection, high prices, lousy atmosphere
