I took a chain that had broken to get it fixed. When I picked up my chain (or someone else's ?!?) it was 4 inches longer than when I dopped it off. They told me that it was my fault that I stretched the chain and that they would charge me another $24 to fix their mistake. I have never written a review before and felt this experience was bad enough to let others know not to make the same mistake. Do not shop at Jewel Tech or let them fix your jewelry. They do not even deserve one star.
