Review content:
Stopped in to put a load in at 9:30 and had to ask another customer that was leaving if there was an employee on duty and then at that moment the employee steps out of the darkened area (behind counter) and tells me that I can't put laundry in because of last load in at 10 rule and then he realizes the time and says I can put the laundry in. I make a remark that the place has gone down hill and then he proceeds to ask me what makes me say that & I mentioned the lack of cleanliness of the establishment (in particular the bathroom). He then tells me to go to another laundromat which he gives me directions to. I ask who is management and he says himself and then I asked who owns the place and he refuses to talk to me.
