Smooth and knowledgeable salesmen. Beware everyone!! Surprised to even find a business listing with yet another address. Defective product, no service. Bought from them over 6 mo ago still have defective/partial furniture in my home covered in plastic due to unusable condition. This business does not service problematic items and does not honor refund policy that you sign. They are executing ""No refunds"" on everything and anything without spelling it out for you - so don't be catched by surprise. If that is not enough, their delivery subcontractor KT & Sons of Lakewood employee turned out to have a really long history for bad behavior of taking things from peple without permission. Interestingly this review does not allow me to spell this behavior with its real name. ""Inapropriate words"" it says. Indeed very very inapropriate to take things without permission. Villa Moda name is Prism International, Villa Moda is only store front name - see Ohio business filings - too bad for me I did not think to check before too late. Check out their record in Cuyahoga and Summit Counties before you commit any money. Business Bureaus of both counties, Federal Trade Commission and Ohio Att General are currently processing my complaints. Do not buy anything that you think you may want to return or that needs warrantee service.
