dr. gould was recommended to me for mercury filling removal. he did one side of my mouth at a time: the first side went well, although i was slightly annoyed at how much dr. gould talks/gossips about people to the attending assistant. went in for the second side: fourth of july is around the corner and dr. gould is on fire gossiping about someone in the office who won't be attending some office lunch -- ""what's she doing??? is she having lunch with her boyfriend AGAIN???"" . well, it just so happens that dr. g. is numbing my gums at the SAME TIME. i'm not a wimp but he's making me nervous and then i feel a shock go through my tongue and i grab his forearm. he tells me he me this is normal, happens all the time don't worry blahblablah. one half of my tongue was numb for 5 months. \r

i will admit, i am an IDIOT for going back to this clown but i had an emergency root canal with a specialist and needed a crown put on the aforementioned tooth. i go back to dr. gossip girl and he suggests bleaching my teeth in addition to putting a crown in. i had my teeth bleached in his office before and i tell him i didn't think it was successful but like i said, i'm an idiot and agree to both procedures. i still don't understand why he put the crown in before he bleached my teeth -- but he did. not only was the crown way whiter than the rest of my teeth, it was too big/thick --which he blamed on the lab -- but still went ahead and put in. even after my teeth were bleached the crown looked like a chick-let. i called dr. gould to complain and didn't hear from him for TWO WEEKS. he finally called me back and said that his reason for not calling sooner is that he needs to have ""some semblance of a personal life"". excuse me? \r

bottom line: if you don't mind a gabby, unprofessional, teen working on your teeth, dr. gould's your guy.
