What a headache!! We used Aztec for my wedding in my parents' backyard. The lady who did the consultation was very nice and helpful, but failed to mention that ""set up"" is not included. If you rent chairs, tables, fans, etc. from Aztec...plan on setting them up yourself, because they won't do it for you. All the delivery persons will do is dump the stuff in your yard, completely unassembled, and leave. I didn't realize they used Ikea's concept of put it together yourself, and if they do, there should be a major discount on the ridiculous prices. \r
We rented two large tents in case of extreme heat or rain. We tried to plan for rain and purchased the gutter package for the tents. This was a system designed to connect the tents to the gutters on the house, so as to keep the rain off guests and tables. The installers came on Thursday evening (no e.t.a. was ever given) and didn't bring enough material to hang the gutter system. We were told that they would return on Friday (again, no e.t.a. was given even when asked). Friday morning and afternoon came and went, and at 5 pm we called to see where they were. Aztec told us that they would be back at 9 am Saturday (the day of the wedding) to install the gutter system. At 10 am we were calling their ""emergency"" line. Someone called back and said that they had one job ahead of ours and would be there shortly. Now, mind you we were booked for Thursday, so unless the people were scheduled for Wednesday , there is no way they should have been ahead of us. In the mean time, the rain started coming down and the tables started getting wet. The installers finally arrived at 1 pm, the wedding being at 4, without a ladder or knives to cut the material. Ridiculous!\r

We finally heard back today from Aztec and they are only refunding the amount of the gutters. That is a FRACTION of the total cost and not at all compensatory for the headaches and stress caused by them.\r
