Rolf's Patisserie is really a hidden gem!. I can't tell you how happy myself and all of my friends have been since we have made the transition over to them from other bakeries. Not only are their products some of the best I have ever seen and tasted, they are extremely reasonable. You get the same quality and service if not better as the boutique bakeries downt town for a fraction of the price! Now I use them for just about everything: wedding cakes, pastries, b-day cakes, sculpted cakes, etc. They are located just north of the city, not a far ride at all and well worth the stop. Customer service has also been a treat, it seems to be one of the hardest things to find nowadays, they pay very close attention to detail and have key people responsible in the different departments. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!!!
