Warning to all brides: you don't want to trust this place with your wedding cake. I ordered my wedding cake from them last fall. The cake tasted fine but the design was not what I ordered. When I tried to call and see if I could get at least some of my money refunded they managed to avoid my calls for weeks. When I finally got through to a live person she flat out refused to refund my mony. This is despite the fact that I remember seeing a cake similar to the one they gave me in their catelog and it was $100 or $200 less than the cake I ordered and paid for. Also, they told me that the frosting would be ganache and it turned out to be buttercream. I know if I pursued it I could force them to refund my money but overall my wedding was such a positive experience that I don't want to turn it into something negative. Just be warned: stay away!
Cons: very untrustworthy, won't admit to or refund their errors without legal action
