Review content:
Charged me over $800 for 1 1/2 hours of labor for a plumber and apprentice. Refused to put in the 1/2 hp pump with a lifetime warranty I'd bought and said the one he had was so much better ($655.00 for a 1/3 hp pump with a 5 year warranty). Set up pipes outside above ground and across the sidewalk (which will freeze in the winter) because he didn't have any other supplies with him to finish the job properly. Did not install any type of cover over the open sump pit.
Pros: Replaced sump pump
Cons: $$$$$$$, only set up temporary drainage
