I have lived in my present apartment for 10 1/2 years. When I first moved in I really didn't have any problems. Once Bishop Real Estate took over, I had an attempted break in,, someone throwing an iceball through my bedroom window and alot of other issues I ve had to deal with. I have requested a fence put around the property. Instead, thet are allowing people to park alongside my building. See what it they are managing two other properties from the same owner. They seem to treat other tenants better than me. I have had to call police numerous amount of times for various problems, which could have been prevented if there was a fence installed. Now i have to live in my apartment under subpar conditions. The maintenace man that they used did half bleeped work. He replaces a vanity in the bathroom. The vanity now sits at a slant and has to be replaced again. Apparently he failed to check the pipe underneath the sink. Pipe had bursted causing water damamge to the vanity and the bathroom floor. I can go on and on. I dont want to push the issue because I am afraid my rent will go up, and I really couldnt afford an increase in rent. All I can say is stay away from Bishop Real Estate Management.
