These guys quoted me $1900 to clean out my 1000 sq ft home crawl space, and replace the plastic underlayment and seal up any openings. I had them do it before looking around more, and I assumed it would be a couple of days at that price. Turns out they sent 3 guys and they were only there 4 hours, and then proceeded to bill me the full amount anyway! They also did a shabby job on the door they replaced, didn't get everything sealed up, didn't mention that some of the ducts they took insulation off needed repair. They would not budge on the price and had to threaten lawyers to get them to budge at all!
