In our never ending quest to find the ultimate bowl of phÒ, we have recently enjoyed the bowl-of-life from Pho99 in Rowland Hghts. We must admit that it was a quite tasty bowl. The broth was phresh and phlavorphul. The meat and vegetables phresh and plentiful. There were a nice collection of scallions in the soup, but I had to order a side of sliced onions. There may have been cilantro but it wasn't noticeable. My only criticism is that I ordered a side of additional shrimp (3 for $1.50) and they were very small. I didn't pheel that was a good bargain. The service wasn't that attentive and I had to chase the waiter down to get rephils on pepsi and then to get a check. All in all though it was very good. I would definitely recommend Pho 99. The pho hunters will return
