Very disappointing. Called last fall for a proposal. The estimator came out., walked the lot with me, and took many notes. He said he had to take his notes back to the office and write everything up. After several calls to him to get the proposal I gave up since winter was approaching. Knowing that life does not run smooth sometimes, I decided to give them a second chance. I called again at the beginning of March. The office called back asking for my address and told me the guy who had my file would call. A week later I get a call from him. He tells me he still has all my paperwork and will write it up and email it to me in a couple of days. A week later and still nothing. I call the office again and leave a message. No call back, so I call AGAIN. The office says ""I gave him your message from Friday, and that's all I can do."" Wasn't that helpful?? I am done..... I am on to a company that would like my business.
