When I first moved into the area nearly 10 years ago, this was a fine establishment - reasonably priced, good selection, and a nice alternative to the Blockbuster monopoly that was a source of frustration for me time and again. \r \r I regret to say that in the past few years, this store has given me more aggrivation than Blockbuster ever did. Once I rented a movie to watch at my Dad's place and had it repeatedly skip, so I drove out in the rain, offered to exchange it for a better copy, and was told that if they cleaned the disc, it should work, so I said fine. \r \r Upon putting it back into the (new) Blu-Ray DVD player, it repeatedly froze and locked up and was worse than the first time! I wrote a complaint letter and enclosed it with the DVD upon returning it and was called back and told that I would be given a $20 credit and a bottle of disc cleaner and that a note would be put on my account saying that my rentals were to be cleaned every time. This was a professional step and kept my business until today, when I rented a DVD so scratched and smeared I missed the last 3/4 of it. I am done with video stores and switching to Netflix. This is assinine.
