Businiess name:  Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
NO STARS! Almost burned out my engine; I had my oil changed there. After a couple weeks I noticed that my engine smelled hot but my coolant gage never increased. I waited til I had the funds to take it in to get looked at which was about a total of 3 weeks after my oil change. My mechanic informed me that my oil filter was not screwed on right and it came off by a simple twist. The hot smell was coming from oil leaking underneath it. I was driving around with a quart shy of oil. If I let it go any longer, it could've burned out my engine and caused very expensive damage. I called the Pennzoil to notify them of their mistake and was told that I would receive a gift certificate for a free oil change. Just talk of course; no gift certificate ever came, and now I'm short of the cost for a what should've been a simple oil change plus my mechanic's cost for labor. BAD BUSINESS + INCOMPETENCE = DON'T RISK GETTING YOUR OIL CHANGED AT PENNZOIL
