Yahoo has great reviews about this hospital so don't believe these. I just got into this and have found it very helpful. My mother has been going to this vet forever. My sister wanted to try a trendier place in Pasadena... bad idea! It was horrible. I tried walking in with my puppy but it was absolutely packed. The receptionist told me they would still be able to see me no problem but I figured I would come back later and wait less with an appointment. I called later to make one and the manager was great. I literally had this girl on the phone for like 30 minuets! Just answering questions about my puppy, First puppy ever and me and my sister are super paranoid. During my appoint ment the staff were awesome. No one rolled their eyes at me for all my questions like the other place in pasadena. My vet was Dr. Huang and I will trust her with my dog forever. We ended up waiting on vaxcines since my puppy has a bit of the sniffles.Plus their pricing is very very decent. My boyfriend just got back from his appointment with his dog that ended up needing surgery for a gash!
Pros: decent prices, educated staff, riendly and patient!
