Review content:
if you are looking for a local swim team, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! you will be setting your child up for disaster. The owner and aquatics director do not care one iota for the swim team. Both have very poor people skills and because of that have driven this once mighty swim team to a doomed dismal mess. I simply cannot see how the main YMCA or the Y?s Board of Directors even allows this Y to function. The Y creed states it?s a place for the community for Christian values showing our youth how to become leaders. Why is it then both management and the director are always yelling and disciplining staff infront of kids to the point that the kids are in tears. Great example for the community McHenry Y. you run a fine business. PLEASE folks?. Keep your kids FAR AWAY from this Y. I pray the board and or the main YMCA wakes up someday.
