I was in a car accident a month ago and was referred to VMS by my boyfriend. My car was taken to this auto body center on a flatbed tow truck (from Beverly Hills- it's worth the distance, trust me!) and I didn't see it until I picked it up 3 weeks later. Car Accidents are always inconvenient, but VMS made my experience pleasant. They started on my car a week later (waiting on the insurance adjuster). So it really took 2 weeks to repair and $7k in damages later.... my BMW looks better than it did before the accident!! How did they do that? The customer service is exceptional. I received weekly updates and I even received a Thank You card from them for choosing their business. Wow! With this type of service, why go anywhere else?
