I agree with the previous reviewer... whomever answers the phone has extraordinarily poor manners. The prices are outrageous, and the photographs are nice in a very mediocre way. I am always happy to pay for high quality... but these just didn't meet my expectations. The tone was flat, and the prints appeared digital rather than photographic. I am disappointed with the product, but even more so in the service. I'll go elsewhere for this baby's portrait!
