Run, don't walk from this title company, particuliarly Buzy Darnell. This women is unethical and has committed dozens of criminal acts. She has illegally notorized dozens of false documents and was one of many in the company that committed mortgage fruad by signing and notorizing mortage documents that she knew weree false/ She back dated documents and signatures, she worked with three different mortage brokers that committed fraud, the mortage brokers fortunately were caught and lic. revolked and out of the businesss, but this lady continues without consequencesm all because the company in an effort to CYA has covered and lied for her She lied to government officials in the Texas Department of Insurance"" which regulates title companies. This lady should be in jail for the part she played in the mortgage fruad disaster. She should not have a notory and should not be allowed to continue in the industry. Eventually it will all catch up to her and Star Tex Title.
