Review content:
Got the ValPak coupon for $20 for an oil change and a tire rotation. I guess I should have known that some things are too good to be true because they declined the tire rotation, claiming that my tires were too worn out (""your tires are garbage and there's a nail in one, but I can sell you new tires"" their words, not mine.) I'm not a mechanic or anything, but when I can see more tread on the back tires and less on the rear ones (I have front-wheel drive), that's time for it to be rotated.\r

It's been several months, and my tires are fine. They were just lazy and unhonorable.\r

BTW, I went the day before, was told I'd have to wait 2 HOURS for an oil change. I asked about an appointment the next day. They said they don't take appointments, so I left. \r

I came back because of that stupid coupon. Not the worst place in the world, but never again for me.
Cons: Slow, zero customer service, lazy
