Review content:
This is probably my most frequented dining establishment in Oxford. The food is excellent as far as Americanized Chinese food goes. The Vietnamese dishes are somewhat more authentic though since the owner herself is Vietnamese. The downside to the food is that the portions are small and the dishes are expensive; you could get four times the food at Taco Bell for the same price. Service is relatively good; they have three different girls that work the register and all of them are friendly and helpful; once, however, I got a bowl of hot and sour soup that had no vinegar or pepper in it, and when I ask the cook/owner (Mrs. Van) for either she refused to fix the soup or give me my money back. So be warned. The ambiance is bizarre; it's a mix of American stereotypes of Asia, like Buddha statues and mystical gazing ball things, and actual Asian stuff. The music is also strange; I think it's in Vietnamese but I'm not sure.\r

tl;dr: Good food, but kind of expensive. Weird ambiance. Decent service.
Pros: Delicious food, the black cook is nice, close to campus.
Cons: A bit expensive, weird ambiance, only three parking spaces.
