WOW! What a wonderful experience!! My husband and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal this month and we were looking for an ""upgrade"". I took an idea into the downtown Portland store and met with wonderful Ratany, who right away made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Then she introduced me to fantastic Pierre Kassab.He's a lot of fun to work with, yet very detail-oriented and serious about his work, and they manage to make everybody who walks in feel like the only person in the store. I now have an incredible piece of jewelry created just for me by Pierre on my finger. My ring is truly a work of art, and I never get tired of people stopping me to ask about it. Phenomenal experience - I can't thank Ratany and Pierre enough!
