Review content:
These apartments are older but in good condition overall. Couldn't ask for a nicer neighborhood.
You run into your problem here with the management company running the apartments. You get wonderful lip service but make sure you get that lip service added in on your lease because they'll tell you there is no need to add their ""perks"" because those are standard but when you move out you will find out you have been had. No matter how clean your apartment is, you will not get your deposit back and most likely you will be charged a minimum of $75-$500 for all sorts of phantom dirties above and beyond the price of your deposit. So far ourselves and 3 others that we know of have moved out and have been taken to the cleaners so to speak. Only one of the 4 of us left the apartment in need of cleaning and that was after he had been told not to worry about the little stuff.... they took him to court!
