I contacted InnerPC when our computer devoted to a large music library became infected with a virus. They responded the same day. What impressed me about their service is that they insist on coming to the home to see the computer in its environment. They took the computer to do a complete cleaning and returned it in an amazingly short turn around. They then set it up in the environment and made certain it was working properly. Not only was the service prompt, and done correctly, the staff is personable and concerned for your needs. They are also very reasonable in charges. I cannot say enough about how they allayed my fears of loosing a large body of music that has taken 30 years to collect through frequent updates, but followed up a few days later to see if there were any residual problems. I highly recommend InnerPC for any computer problems you might have.
