I went to Christy Jordan 2 yrs ago to induce labor with my daughter. I was 1 week overdue and the Dr. wanted to induce with pitocin. Well, after seeing Christy, my water broke that night, and I had a happy healthy baby girl the next day without the hospital version of induction. This week I went to her because my 2nd child in utero was in a ""breach"" postion (not head down like she should be at 37 weeks). Christy used ""moxibustion"" to encourage the baby to get head down...and guess what? It worked! AND..my insurance covers 80% of the cost! How cool is that? I am a big fan of Christy and her staff. They fit me in to their schedule the day I called, and are a pleasure to be with. I think Acupuncture is just so powerful and energizing and becoming a reliable alternative to western medicine. My Dr. even recomended it!
