I have always had trouble finding running shoes that work - have had shin splints, plantar fasciitis, etc. Fleet Feet was awesome! The guy spent over an hour with me, watched me run on the treadmill, played it in slow-mo on a video so I could see what was going on. I had always been told that I needed a neutral shoe but it turns out I am an overpronater (sp?). It was really cool to see for myself on the screen what was going on. They have this sock that is great for plantar fasciitis.... don't need it now but may be back if my p.fasciitis returns. I have gone for three runs in my new shoes and I seriously couldn't love them more! May have to start running more often. Definitely happy with my visit...
Pros: Great shoe fitting process, great service
Cons: not in a shopping mall, have to drive specifically there
