I just had a sunroom installed by these guys. The worst experience I've ever had with any service company. Darren Reagan, the project manager at Thomas, is very rude and only responds when you threaten him. The concrete company that they hired, Bacchus Construction, did not take the time to learn the code in my city and failed inspections because of it. There is gaps in the walls where caulk was not properly applied. Its going to take a lot of my time to fix what I hired these schmucks to do. I will never use this company again. After talking to others this seems to be a general feeling. If you read a review on this page, make sure it is someone who has had more than a salesman in the house talking about windows, make sure it is someone who dealt with them. Do not use these guys or you will be dissapointed.
Pros: They have to write me a healthy check due to their idiocy in construction.
Cons: I have to clean up my yard and fix their mistakes.
