Bought a 50"" plazma and blew the power supply, called with the problem and they said it was still under warranty ""wrong"" They never told me it wont be covered but they still ordered parts for the repair anyway, I called to check the status after a week and it was then they told me it wont be covered under warranty but will have the parts in about a week and will cost $400-500 to fix. I chose Robert Paul when I made my purchase for added value for after sale service over a box store but with lack of support and cheap ways to make a buck I think any store would support you better or at least tell you up front what is going on. I would never recommend Robert Paul for anything
