Review content:
This company is s cut-throad company that will do anything possible to make it impossible to recover your car from their yard to make you pay the $25 a day charge. They towed my sons car after a snow storm in Roseville. We tried to retireve the car with all the information they asked for on their letter - Original Title, Proof of Insurance, and cash to retrive the car. They insisted that our son who is on a study abroad trip must fax in to them - Twin Cities Transport-Recovery, a notorized letter authorizing them to release his vehicle to us. We explained to the Manager (A Female) that our Son is overseas on Study Abroad and that it will be difficult for us to reach him. she insisted on this ""make as you go"" policy. They would not even suspend the $25 a day charge even though we pleaded with this manager that we are having difficulty reaching our son overseas and that this will add burden to him to find a court system to otain a notarized document overseas. I offered that they take a copy of my drivers license of make any other demands that we can provide. The car was not declared stolen and we can not imagine whay they insist on such a policy when we have all the proof they stated on their letter and our last names are the same. She did not care.
