I was living in the property. I had no idea my home was registered as sold to APPLE ASSET LC with the Olathe Register of Deeds. COFFELT TITLE issued mortgage loan insurance to Mitch Ashlock, President and CEO, First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Olathe. 100 E. Park St. 913-782- 0026. Olathe, KS 66061. stock. Mitch Ashlock. President. and CEO insured the mortgage loan (secured against my prior to lien-free property.) FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN, Mitch Ashcroft, CEO, President issued the mortgage loan to APPLE ASSET LC a local predatory lender QUIT CLAIM SCAMS, FORGERY, MORTGAGE FRAUD. Larry Hedenkamp and Darrin Volk, Partners. \r \r Darrin Volk is a very likeable liar. A very handsome, sweet, greedy guy. Not an all together bad guy, BUT, definitely not a guy to entrust with any asset. Should you decide he's cute and the risk is worth it, have a level headed attorney with you if you meet with him. He will even offer to come to YOUR home, and bring HIS in-house notary (George Weaver) to help you sign a document he plans to use against you. Before he even meets you, he owns your home. DO NOT sign ANY agreement, quick claim, lease option, rental, ANY AGREEMENT, under any circumstances with this man. He is currently under investigation for mortgage fraud and forgery. Questions?
