As far as service goes, everything seems fine. Very nice guys. But they are WAAAAAAAY too expensive. Maybe I'm a cheapskate, but I think $60 for oil change & tire rotation is just too much money. I don't even think the dealerships charge that much! They overcharge on basics so they can upcharge you to a package, because, well, it's just a few dollars more. If you aren't worried about paying too much, then their service is fine, but I know of several other places in town that service just as well for far less money & without this upcharging to 'packages' that they do at Snappy Lube. Main reason I went there for my oil change was to get it done quickly and that didn't happen either. I needed an extra service, which I don't doubt, but it ended up taking a good bit longer than I was told & far longer than I anticipated.
