Scott's boot camp is absolutely great. He makes working out FUN! I was nervous to get started and see what his boot camp was all about, since I had never been to one, didn't know what to expect!! Scott eased all my worries by demonstrating that he is patient while still super motivating to help us get to the next level in fitness! He keeps things fresh by switching up the exercises frequently, which I really enjoy! I have already noticed a change in my strength and stamina and have more energy then ever before! I can't wait to keep training with Scott. And the best part is, you can get in the best shape just like expensive fitness centers, but with Scott's boot camp you can get those same results without emptying your wallet! Great deal!!
