Review content:
I have been to Plato's closet twice trying to sell clothes and have had a bad experience both times. The first time, I droppped off two bags of clothes to the store in Fishers and they told me to come back in 24 hours to receive cash back. I received a phone call the next day saying there was a small spider in one of my bags so they refused to even go through the clothing and I must come pick up the bags immediately. How did they know the spider was from my house and not the floor of their cluttered store? I was mad. Over a year later (February 2008) I took 3 large bags of name brand clothing into the same store. They told me to come back in 24 hours, which I did, only to find out that the teenage employees were going to ""pass"" on everything. I am moving out of state and was giving away some clothes I had never even worn before! I left empty-handed, without any cash back or even a receipt for my donation to deduct from my taxes. For the second time I had a bad experience and left the store insulted and disappointed...and empty handed! There was no benefit to me driving all the way to Plato's Closet to receive nothing in return. Pros: Parking Cons: Snotty, teenage employees
