Review content:
We visited this salon this morning to get our son's 1st haircut. After reading their website, I was sure that this would be a great place for his first hair cut and that we would have tear-free experience. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. The store was nothing like described on the website. There were no characters, nor friendly, child-experienced staff. Our toddler began to cry as soon as we seated him into the chair. The crying/screaming did not stop until the ""haircut"" was over. Not one of the staff helped distract our son. If I wanted an experience like this - I could have gone to any salon with the same results, except for maybe a better haircut. The haircut is horrible, the stylist missed chunks of his hair that are still long in places, I could have done a better job myself. Needless to say, we will never return, and just try it ourselves or go to a regular salon with more experienced staff, since clearly there was no child friendly advantage to Snip-its. We are very disappointed, and would highly recommend that you look elsewhere - since it does not even come close to the experience the website describes.\r Very disappointed! Pros: kids around Cons: no child-experienced staff, poor hair-stylists
