ALERT! DO NOT GO to ELITE NAILS...THEY HELD ME HOSTAGE AND LOCKED ME IN THE STORE!!!!! Behind 7-11 on Mustang Road and 15th!!!!!! I tried to take a friend to get our nails done two weeks ago and they did an okay job on her, but my lady was on the phone the ENTIRE time, I even got a one handed massage while she was on the phone, not to mention she just didnt feel like doing half of the things she was supposed to EVEN THOUGH SHE CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR ""DELUXE"" SERVICE. I went back in today with the same friend to try to give them a second chance. After arguing with them for at least five minutes (they accused their poor performance was my fault because I did not know her name) They said it was not the businesses fault but the employees fault so they didnt want to do anything about it. After I went through the complaints again the owner (CODY) said that ""Okay, we fix it, pink and white, we fix it today like new"". He somewhat fixed my nails, AND THEN CHARGED ME $51!!! WHICH WAS MORE THAN THE NAILS COST IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! I told him that I did not want to pay that amount and that we had not agreed on that. Then he compared me to some lady who got her hair cut and some other lady that was there with a FUNGUS, neither of which had anything to do with ME! He then HARASSED me until I finally just paid it and wanted to leave. But the lady doing my friends nails would not finish so we could go, she would not stop talking, in a different language and while guesturing aggressively at me. I told them that this was not the way to keep customers and that it was just not good business and not right. The man started yelling and harrassing me again and ACTUALLY KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE while my friend was still getting her nails done, THAT I HAD JUST PAID OUT THE ASS FOR! after calling my dad I went back into the store to ask for my money back and their business information to call the better business bureau and that is when he REALLY LOST IT, AND PHYSICALLY BLOCKED ME FROM LEAVING, LOCKING ME INSIDE HIS STORE AND REFUSING TO LET ME OUT!!! Not until after the police came was I allowed to leave. I did not press charges but NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO INTO THAT HELL WHOLE!!! Oh and the first time we went in the owner was doing nails while parading around two large bottles of hard liquor and was obviously drunk. This guy is a nut job, and ruined my nails...TWICE!
