Review content:
We had the fish and chips, cheese paradise hamburger, chicken tenders, and salad. The first problem we encountered was a problem with the eating utensils. Half of them were had sticky handles so we asked for replacements. We also found the batter on the fried fish to be pretty dark--sort of like when it has been re-fried. My daughter found a dead insect in her fries and my other daughter found a ant in her drink. When we notified the hostess about the problem--all she said was that they have ants all the time because they love sugar. What? She didn't have a creative explanation for the bug in the fries. She didn't even call the manager. As a side note, some of the windows had cobwebs and spiders questioning the cleanliness of the facility. I won't be going back there anytime soon. I don't right that many reviews on food establishments but this irritated me so much that I just wanted to warn other prospective customers. A good view doesn't mean you'll get good food.
