THIS AGENT SUCKS. they are not help full! I do not know how I stayed with them for almost 3 years. It took me 3 weeks, about 7 calls to get in touch with them, when I finally did it was to cancel the insurance I had with them, at that time I got an email from Jazz saying: It is unfortunate that you left a A+ rated company such as Mercury Insurance for a C rated company as Windhaven. With your Mercury policy still active for the time being, I would contact larger carriers such as Allstate, State Farm, or Gieco while you still have a chance to qualify with them as those large companies do not except new business from customers with prior companies that are below A rated. I fear that you have taken 2 steps backwards in the insurance world and wish you the best of luck in the future...... after this I asked to cancelled my insurance with mercury. then he went ahead and Faxed a copy of all my records with Mercury to the new insurance including an accident I had in 10-2011 which by the way does not show on my driving records. they caused my insurance to go up twice as much, went to paying $175 to $381 per month. They did this without Windhaven asking for this information and they did it just to get back at me, after an argument I had with Jazz. They not only violated my privacy rights but they are causing me $1500 more on my insurance policy not taking into consideration that My auncle sent them alot of clients from his dealer and that I was their client for almost 3 years. It is unfortunate to come across people like them, that they do not care about the damages they can cause to others.They have no idea what expenses everyone has. they had no right to do this to me and they did it just because I told them I was not looking forward to doing business with them due to the lack of customer service they have.
it is sad to know that Mercury, progressive and so many other companies are letting this type of people handle their clients.
