Businiess name:  Primrose Schools

Review content:
School has a high turnover rate with staff, parental concerns are not treated as important, management communication is seriously lacking, Primrose ratios (one major reason for highest tuition costs in the area) don't seem to be enforced. Children must fit the 'Primrose mold' or you will find yourself made to feel unwelcome until you decide to withdraw or they are able to find a good enough excuse to kick you out of the program. Instead of finding out why a child suddenly has behavioral issues when transferred to new room (when child previously exhibited NO ISSUES prior in over 2 1/2 years of patronage), management will call you repeatedly throughout the week to tell you your child is uncontrollable; even when other children are experiencing unique behaviors as well in the same room. Facility seems a little overbooked as children are not moving up at the appropriate times per Primrose's schedule, yet parents are not notified. Lastly, after several weeks of attending a highly regarded facility, a single episode of child's 'uncontrollable' behavior has yet to be witnessed and child is back to normal.I believe this speaks volumes as to the validity of their claims and effectiveness of some of their staff. Please note that they do still have a couple of decent teachers, but based on their turnover, I am not sure how much longer they will be able to claim this.
